Embodiment

My greatest joy lies in exploring our inner world, growing together, and finding ways how to embody it. There are no limits to creativity in how to do this journey. Through contact with our bodies, we can better understand our inner life and at the same time find an authentic expression for it.

We can use so many ways to experience our lives holistically and thereby  to enjoy and celebrate it. It's always about Light & Shadow, inside and outside.

With the intention of embodying ourselves in the world, we can get togehter in different ways like

Cacao Ceremonies, Explorations of Sound, Moon Circles and Transformative Dance.

In addition to public events, we can also undertake this journey privately.
